On the occasion of the 75^th anniversary of the August Revolution and the Independence Day (September 2^nd) (1945 – 2020) and in preparation for the congresses of the Party committees under the Central Committee towards the 13^th National Party Congress, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam and President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam Nguyen Phu Trong, who is also the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Party documents of the 13^th National Party Congress, wrote an important article entitled “To thoroughly carry out the preparatory work for, and successfully conduct, the 13^th Party Congress, leading the country to a new phase of development”.
